Theater safety nets
More and more theaters and playhouses decide to install a safety net for the safety of performing artists. Van Beelen NTN has many years of experience in supplying and installing safety nets and has already equipped a large number of theaters with them.
The net has a curve at the front, as you can see in the photo. This curve ensures that the conductor has scope. This also means that the net will always be stretched horizontally. The distance from the net in the middle of the curve to the edge of the stage can be determined in consultation with us.
The net comes in black and is barely visible from the hall. It is made of rd 4.5mm braided nylon with a mesh size of 45 x 45 mm. The whole is stretched by a rd 10 mm dyneema tendon (breaking strength 7.2 tons) in a 90 mm wide cotton strap. The attachment points of the safety net are secured by means of chemical anchors recessed into the stage edge and the sides. An almost invisible and highly functional application. If all facilities are present, the net can be installed by one person in about 10 minutes.
